Sellvio is order management software for online sellers, operated as a sole proprietorship by Abhishek Singh, an independent software developer based in India. By creating an account you agree to what follows. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What Sellvio does
Sellvio brings your orders from Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, WooCommerce and ONDC into one dashboard. It keeps stock levels aligned across those channels, books shipments through the courier account you connect, generates GST invoices, detects failed deliveries, and scores cash on delivery orders for risk using your own order history.
Sellvio is a tool you operate. It does not sell on your behalf, negotiate with marketplaces, or take fulfilment decisions for you.
Your account
You need an account to use Sellvio, and the details you give us have to be accurate. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything your team members do, so keep your password to yourself and tell us quickly if you think someone else has it.
You must be old enough to enter a contract under Indian law, and you must be authorised to act for the business you are registering.
Your data stays yours
Your orders, products, customers and settlement records belong to you. We process them to run the service for you and for nothing else. We do not sell them, we do not use them to build profiles across sellers, and we do not train anything on them.
You can export your orders and products as CSV whenever you want, and you can ask us to delete your account and its data. Deletion is done within 30 days, except where a law requires us to keep records for longer. How we handle buyer information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Connected accounts
Sellvio works by connecting to accounts you already hold: your marketplace seller accounts, your courier account, your cloud storage. When you connect one, you confirm you have the right to do so, and you remain bound by that provider’s own terms.
We ask each provider for the narrowest access the feature needs. For cloud storage that means access only to files Sellvio itself creates, never the rest of your drive.
You can disconnect any account at any time. Doing so stops Sellvio retrieving further data from it and does not delete anything already stored in that account.
What we can and cannot tell you
Sellvio flags things worth your attention. It reports discrepancies between what a marketplace owed you and what it paid, it warns when a delivery has failed and time is running out, and it scores cash on delivery orders for risk. All of this is informational.
It is not financial, legal or tax advice, and it is not a guarantee. A discrepancy Sellvio finds may turn out to be legitimate, and one it misses may be real. Before you raise a claim or write off an amount, check it against the marketplace’s own settlement statement. Reconciliation is a starting point for a conversation with your marketplace, not a verdict.
Risk scores describe patterns in your own order history. They are not a judgement about any person, and what you do about a flagged order is entirely your decision.
Packing videos
If you record packing videos, they are uploaded from your device straight to the cloud storage account you connected. We store a link and some details about the recording. We never hold the video itself.
Videos you have not marked as evidence are deleted once the marketplace claim window closes, so your storage does not fill up with footage nobody needs. Videos you keep are retained until you release them. Because the files live in your account, you can also delete them yourself at any time, and disconnecting your storage never removes them.
You are responsible for how you record. Tell the people doing the packing, and do not capture anything you would not want kept.
Fair use
Do not use Sellvio to:
break the law or a marketplace’s rules; access another seller’s data; probe, scrape or overload the service; resell access without our agreement; or upload anything harmful.
We may apply reasonable limits on volume so that one account cannot degrade the service for everybody else.
Beta, plans and payment
Sellvio is in beta. It is free during this period, features may change or be withdrawn, and things may occasionally break. We will give you reasonable notice before introducing charges, and you will never be billed without agreeing to a plan first.
Payments are arranged directly with us. Sellvio is not a payment processor and does not hold your money or your buyers’ money at any point.
Availability
We work to keep Sellvio running, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption. There is no uptime guarantee during beta. We may take the service down for maintenance, and we may change how features work as the product develops.
Sellvio depends on services we do not control, including marketplaces, couriers, payment providers and cloud storage. When one of them is down, slow or changes its interface, parts of Sellvio will be affected. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions, and connecting them does not make us party to your relationship with them.
Liability
Sellvio is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss.
Where we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or five thousand rupees if you paid us nothing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Sellvio and close your account whenever you like.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the service or other sellers at risk, or is used for something unlawful. Where circumstances allow we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right, and you will have a reasonable opportunity to export your data.
Changes to these terms
As the product changes these terms will too. When a change materially affects you we will tell you before it takes effect. If you keep using Sellvio afterwards, that is your acceptance. If you would rather not, close your account.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
